signed
up
for
our
Online
Bill

service

ills
in

the
fee
for
that
month
is
$4.95.

How
do
I
sign
up
for
Electronic
Bill
Payment?
There
are
three
easy
steps
to
using
Electronic
Bill
Payment!
Step
#1:
Sign-up
by
reading
the
Online
Bill
Payment
Agreement
inside
Home$Banking
and
confirming
your
e-mail
address.
This
e-mail
address
will
be
used
to
send
your
EBP
logon
credentials
further
instructions
and
to
notify
you
of
any
changes
to
your
Bill
Payment
Service.
Please
allow
1-2
business
days
to
process
your
application.
Step
#2:
One
your
application
has
been
processed
you
will
be
able
to
log
onto
the
EBP
service
and
set
up
your
merchants
or
payees
with
their
address
and
account
information.
Please
allow
1
business
day
to
process
your
payees'
information.
Step
#3:
Schedule
payments
by
specifying
the
payee
amount
and
date
of
your
payment.
Bill
payments
may
not
reach
the
payees
until
7
business
days
after
processing.

support
court-ordered
payments

federal
tax

Registration
Pending
Your
registration

been

Password
or
User

The
User
ID
or
Password
you
entered
does
not
match
the
User
ID
and
Password
recorded

Old
Page
Stuck
in
Cache
Your
browser
saves
a
copy
of
Web
pages
you
access
in
a
special
folder
called
a
cache.
Sometimes
an
older
version
of
the
Log
In
page
is
still
in
the
cache
and
your
browser
does
not
load
the
new
page
when
you
try
to
log
in.
Try
emptying
your
cache.
(See
your
browser
help
for
instructions
on
emptying
the
cache
or
clearing
the
history.)
Then
close
and
reopen
your
browser
and
try
logging
in
again.
To
clear
your
cache
in
Internet
Explorer:
-
Under
the
Tools/strong>
menu
select
Internet
Options.

Select
the
General
tab.
-
In
the
Temporary
Internet
Files
area
click
Delete
Files.
Click
OK
in
the
pop-up
box.

In
the
History
area
click
Clear
History.

Problem:
Error
Message
"Internet
Explorer
cannot
open
the
internet
site

Cannot
connect
to
the
server."
Solution:
Most
common
problems
can
be
fixed
and
most
security
problems
can
be
eliminated
by
running
the
most
current
version
of
your
browser.
You
can
upgrade
your
browser
at
Microsoft.com.
Choose
Downloads
then
Internet
Explorer.
If
you
are
running
IE
6.01
or
higher
and
are
still
getting
errors
try
clicking
"Refresh"
on
your
browser.
If
that
fixes
the
problem
you
may
have
your
cache
setting
set
to
always
read
from
your
PC's
hard
drive
instead
of
from
the
Internet.
If
your
browser
is
reading
pages
from
your
disk
cache
instead
of
from
the
Internet
you
will
need
do
the
following:

Check
your
browser
settings.

Under

Interactive
TV
Access
Our
online
banking
service
does
not
currently
support
interactive
TV
because
TV
browsers
may
not
conform
to
generally
accepted
Web
standards
resulting
in
inconsistent
online
sessions.
Cookies
Enabled
In
order
to
provide
optimal
security
performance
nd
reliability
this
service
requires
that
cookies
be
enabled
on
your
Web
browser.
Cookies
are
a
small
piece
of
information
that
a
Web
server
can
store
on
your
browser
so
the
system
recognizes
your
actions
during
a
session.

The
following
are
instructions

enabling

How
to
Enable

menu
bar

your

How
Cookies
Work
As you brows

the

Other
System
Error
Another
type
of
System
Error
has
occurred.
In
most
cases
an
error
message
and
instructions
will
be
displayed.
User
Entry
Error
Occasionally
you
have
entered
a
web
address
o
password
incorrectly
or
clicked
on
the
wrong
link.
If
you
have
successfully
logged
in
before
and
you
cannot
log
in
now
please
try
again
and
carefully
note
any
system
or
error
messages
that
may
be
displayed.
Internet
Service
Provider
The
Internet
Service
Provider
(ISP)
that
provides
your
access
to
the
Internet
may
be
experiencing
an
outage
peak
usage
or
other
network
problem.
In
most
cases
when
there
is
an
ISP
problem
the
log
in
page
will
not
be
displayed.
In
some
cases
the
page
will
be
displayed
and
you
can
enter
a
User
ID
and
password
and
click
the
Log
In
button
but
your
session
times
out
before
the
log
in
can
be
completed.
