Overdraft Protection

There is no reason to pay the high returned check fees charged by most financial institutions, when you can use a SunState FCU share draft account with overdraft protection. With SunState FCU overdraft protection, funds are automatically transferred from your regular share account or your personal line of credit to cover share drafts which normally would be returned.

When we transfer funds from your regular share account to cover a share draft there is a minimal fee. There is no fee for transfers from your personal line of credit; however, you will be charged interest on any outstanding line of credit balances at the then current rate. Transfers are made in units of $100.00, if that much is available. Setting up overdraft protection for your SunState FCU share draft account is easy.
